Tracking Local Trends
Prior to launching TurningPoint Executive Search, we conducted an in depth survey of San Diego’s premier organizations. The purpose of this research was to identify the factors most important to our clients when selecting a search firm to partner with. This survey targeted public and private organizations employing between 50 and 2000 people across multiple industries.
What we encountered was a consistent desire by hiring managers and human resources professionals to gain access to real time market intelligence. Specifically, they asked for data highlighting local hiring practices, local salary and benefit data, and developing trends, broken down by industry, company size, and structure.
In response to these requests, TurningPoint will provide bi-monthly updates based on surveys and up to date conversations with hiring professionals and financial leaders. These articles will be San Diego specific and categorized in a way that will provide our client and candidate partners with valuable information
