Our process leverages a model that combines in-depth research, direct recruiting and comprehensive in-person screening to produce a well-rounded slate of candidates for each search. Since launching our firm in 2007, we have maintained a Placement Retention Ratio of 91% – meaning 9 out of 10 TurningPoint placements are still employed by our client.
Executive Career Coaching
Our Executive Career Coaching practice emphasizes the importance of creating a comprehensive search strategy, resulting in an accelerated job search. Starting Point Careers
Our newest division, StartingPoint Careers, was created in response to the unique challenges faced by today’s college students and recent graduates. Competition for entry level positions is fierce and employers are choosing from a variety of candidates for each opening. The need for a personalized Career Action Plan is imperative in today’s job market. Through 1-on-1 and group coaching, our team of coaching experts will provide individual support, networking expertise and mock interviews to enhance the effectiveness of each job search.
Educational Workshops
Our Educational Workshop practice consists of workshops geared toward professionals who are seeking to improve the effectiveness of their job search, their use of social media, their interviewing skills or their ability to launch and maintain an effective consulting practice.
